One caveat regarding Feedburner (and I really wish you had a voicemail line because I would've called you with this when I was listening in the car a few days ago):
Feedburner is only going to track downloads retrieved from the feed itself. So, if someone listens outside the feed (like directly from your site, for example), then that download won't be reflected in your Feedburner stats. Sometimes it's not a big variation, but it is going to skew your download stats downward unless you compensate for it (say, by replacing your direct download link on the web page with Feedburner's alias for the mp3 file).
