This kind of mass carnage is unconscienceable , so I propose that we immediately begin a solar umbrella project to block out all of the sun's rays, thus saving the lives of these 60,000 people. Failing that, we must force everyone to stay in their houses, and establish a light-monitoring system to prevent dangerous overexposure to the sun's evil rays.
