My review of Project Sylpheed: Arc of Deception, a starfighter sim for Xbox 360 is up on SCIFI.com. It evokes the great starfighter sims of old, like Wing Commander and X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter but it's not nearly as good as those classics.

I'm glad to see this genre isn't completely dead, but I wish we'd seen one of those older games updated to one of the next-gen platforms rather than this sub-par game that tells an interesting story, but has an aggravating interface and annoyingly arbitrary time limits.
