The Cosmic Cup in College Hill, Easton, Pa. has the best damn coffee I've ever had the pleasure to drink ... and yes, I drink quite a lot of it. It's a regular stop on my way to work, and has been since it open in 2005. Lots of great coffee from New Harvest Coffee Roasters and Counter Culture Coffee, live music, wireless access and a mean (and tasty) olive cream cheese bagel.
